At Shores Family Dentistry, our dentists and team accept most insurance plans and will bill your insurance on your behalf for any claims as a courtesy. Please contact your insurance carrier for network participation. We ask that you pay for any co-pay amounts at the time of your service. For any out-of-pocket costs, we accept cash, check and credit cards, specifically Discover®, Visa®, American Express and Mastercard®. We also work with Cherry and CareCredit®.
Dr. Sara Megna and Dr. Brooke Kittell also provide our Premier Prevention Program: an in-house membership plan to help individuals afford the care they need. This plan includes:
- two preventive dental cleanings
- two periodontal exams
- dental X-rays
- annual checkup X-rays
- full mouth series when necessary (once every three to five years)
- two fluoride treatments
- two oral cancer screenings
- one emergency exam and X-ray
- 13-15% off other additional treatments
